Say It Like You Eat It: Dave

“When I was a kid, my Mum worked for a pig breeding company. As one of the bonuses,  you used to get half pigs or whole pigs butchered up. We’d always have pork in the freezer, loads and loads of pork. And we’d end up with ‘chicken pork’, we’d have ‘beef pork’, ‘lamb pork’, and we’d have ‘pork pork’. So, it would always be pork, but we would cook it in different ways and pretend it was something else to make a change. Love it, absolutely love it.”
