FOR SOMETHING TO TRULY BE CRAFT, IT SHOULD CHANGE AS YOU CHANGE.
Hosted on magical farms and vineyards across the Okanagan, each menu tells a different story about sustainability, social justice and Indian culture through third-culture brown kid eyes.
The Okanagan Valley is not just a beautiful place but a really delicious place too. SOURCED is an edible road trip that gets you closer to where your food comes from with a table-at-the-farm experience. The evening starts with a tour with our farm partners, followed by a 4-course meal. Each menu is a chance to continue the conversation about the climate crisis, social justice, and the brilliance of Indian culture.
2023 SOURCED tour:

For tickets and more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets are $140 per person (+ GST + drinks), sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
SECRET DINNERS & OTHER POP-UPS
Secret dinners happen when you least expect them. The idea is to push the concept of trust further with a secret venue and secret menu. Those on my mailing list hear about everything I’m up to first (hint hint), so keep your eyes and potatoes peeled.
