[the paisley notebook] is firstly a community building project, raising over $47k for local charities since 2017. But it’s also my little platform to play with like-minded people who aren’t necessarily food people and let super talented humans shine.
Every year for the past three, I’ve put on a collaborative dinner to celebrate International Women’s Day. 100% of proceeds (after operating costs) goes to our local charities and it’s pretty magical. Save the date for March 8, each and every year.
