FOR SOMETHING TO TRULY BE CRAFT, IT SHOULD CHANGE AS YOU CHANGE.
Creating magical and inclusive experiences that tell a different story each and every time. My ever-changing moveable feast are on held on farms, indoors, in different provinces, and you can hire me for catering and private dinners, too.
An edible road trip across the Okanagan that is all about getting closer to where our food comes from.
Re-imagining what it means to eat and showing the Okanagan as not only a beautiful place but a delicious place, SOURCED is all about playing with your food, following the seasons, meeting our farmers and getting a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s really like to support local.

SECRET DINNERS & OTHER OUTDOOR POP-UPS
Secret dinners happen when you least expect them. The idea is to push the concept of trust further with a secret venue and secret menu. Those on my mailing list hear about everything I’m up to first (hint hint). Keep your eyes and potatoes peeled.

September 4 at Lightning Rock Winery (wine club exclusive) / Summerland / tickets via winery
Creating magical experiences even in the off-season because small and independent businesses need support all year-round and there are a lot of stories that need telling.
We can also talk about hosting a private pop-up dinner for you (except everything is now cancelled).
[the paisley notebook] is firstly a community-building project, raising over $60k for local charities since 2017. But it’s also my little platform to play with like-minded people who aren’t necessarily food people and let super talented humans shine.
Every year for the past four, I’ve put on a collaborative dinner to celebrate International Women’s Day. 100% of proceeds (after operating costs) goes to our local charities and it’s pretty magical. March 8, each and every year has been a special day for me. The 2020 date was my last, but Paisley will continue with smaller gestures of kindness and there’s always a collab of sorts happening.
