The Okanagan Valley is not just a beautiful place but a really delicious place too. SOURCED is an edible road trip that gets you closer to where your food comes from with a table-at-the-farm experience. The evening starts with a tour with our farm partners, followed by a 4-course meal. Each menu is a chance to continue the conversation about the climate crisis, social justice, and the brilliance of Indian culture.

August 22 with Little Schack (Kelowna): Rescheduling for October 22nd due to wildfires. Tickets to the previously sold-out dinner are available.

SECRET DINNERS & OTHER POP-UPS
Secret dinners happen when you least expect them. The idea is to push the concept of trust further with a secret venue and secret menu. Those on my mailing list hear about everything I’m up to first (hint hint), so keep your eyes and potatoes peeled.


INDIAN COOKING WITH JAS DOSANJ
Get hands-on, learn new skills, and be inspired. Mum’s homely monthly cooking classes are quick, simple, and delicious. Teaching a regional approach to Indian food, classes run for approximately 2-ish hours. Contact jasbinderdosanj@gmail.com for more info.
