#BeBoldForChange Collaboration Dinner with 5 Female Chefs

International Women’s Day on Wednesday, March 8 is being marked with a special collaborative 5-course fundraising dinner at Quails’ Gate Winery in West Kelowna. All profits will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Kelowna and Slow Food Thompson Okanagan.

This year’s celebration will bring together the culinary talents of 5 female Okanagan Chefs – Aman Dosanj (The Paisley Notebook, formerly Poppadoms – Taste India!), Mona Johannson (Sunshine Farm), Dana Ewart (Joy Road Catering), Jenna Pillon (Terrafina at Hester Creek) and Sandrine Raffault (Sandrine French Pastry and Chocolate). Along with wine pairings generously donated by female Winemakers from across the Okanagan Valley – Nikki Callaway (Quails’ Gate Winery), Pénélope Roche (Roche Wines), Heidi Noble (JoieFarm Winery), Severine Pinte (Le Vieux Pin). Each Chef will take on a course with the International Women’s Day #BeBoldForChange theme in mind.
