Secret Dinner: March 29

My project is all about trust – in the ingredients and how they’re grown/raised to the person who’s cooking for you. I wanted to push that further with a secret venue and secret menu (an open mind is quite an excellent thing).

Join me for a night of edible storytelling on Sunday, March 29 at a secret location. I was fortunate enough to win gold at the ‘Good Food Innovation Awards’ in 2018 and 2019, so that’s the inspiration behind the menu. Feast on a 4-course meal filled with dishes and stories from Food Day Canada using local and Canadian ingredients, plus Harry’s pop up bar to keep you in good spirits.
