I’m a cook, storyteller, former England, Southampton and Arsenal footballer, people watcher, imperfect environmentalist, feminist-in-progress, middle child, and just weird enough to be interesting. This project is about trust: in your farmer, natural Canadian ingredients and the person cooking for you. Each pop-up dinner has a surprise menu. If you show up with an open mind, magical things can happen (and maybe we can change a few perceptions and behaviours as we go along).
Since its humble beginning in 2017, our small yet mighty ecosystem has raised close to $80,000 for antiracism and mental health charities through small acts of kindness.
