From the people that bought you Poppadoms, comes The Paisley Notebook by Aman Dosanj. Popping up all over the Okanagan with family-style dinners that connect people with edible adventures along the way. The idea is to bring our community together – food is a pretty magical like that.
Think restaurant-quality food in unexpected places with surprise menus that are seasonally inspired, re-imagined through different eyes and prepared by my hands only. Now that I’m back in the Okanagan Valley (British Columbia, Canada), it’s time to shake up the local food scene and make people think.
The Paisley Notebook and the ‘Sourced’ dinner series was recently a top 3 finalist in the ‘Remarkable Experience’ category at the BC Tourism Industry Awards 2018.
