SOURCED
The Okanagan Valley is not just beautiful but a really delicious place, too. The SOURCED pop-up series takes guests on an edible road trip across the region, exploring the area and getting us closer to where our food comes from.
These seasonal dinners are more than a culinary experience; they’re a conversation. Each dinner is shaped by the rhythms of the seasons and the stories of my farmers and artisans. They also act as the vehicle for me to tell stories about big topics like social justice, climate change and Indian culture (through my third-culture brown kid eyes). But don’t take my word for it; here’s what Food & Wine magazine had to say: “A former professional soccer player is hosting the coolest pop-up dinners in Canada.”
For something to truly be craft, it should change as you change. Right now, I’m taking a breather from pop-up life and making adjustments so things are a wee bit more sustainable for me, the human. Stay tuned.
